Welcome to BirthdayReminders ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BirthdayReminders mobile application and related services.

2. Use of the App

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We do not collect any data about our users, nor do we track anything. All information is stored locally on your device in the Contacts app.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BirthdayReminders, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
